As the Group Beverage Manager for RIKAS Hospitality Group, I lead the strategic development, beverage engineering, and operational execution of world-class bar programs across a rapidly expanding portfolio of high-end lifestyle venues

My approach bridges deep conceptual consistency with meticulous sensory architecture. As the driving force behind the internationally acclaimed bar program at Mimi Kakushi, I helped establish the venue as a global benchmark—securing the No. 1 spot in the Middle East and ranking No. 36 globally on the World’s 50 Best Bars list for 3 years in a row.

Having directed the rollout and development of more than 50 luxury projects over an elite career, my expertise spans multi-venue scalability, pre-opening strategy, bespoke cocktail architecture, and high-performance team mentorship.
